1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online skill-based gaming under the laws of your state/country to use XZerox Esports. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Platform

XZerox Esports hosts skill-based Free Fire tournaments. Outcomes depend on player skill, strategy and in-game performance — not on chance. Entry fees paid for a match go toward the prize pool paid to winning players.

3. Account & KYC

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, including your Free Fire Username and UID. One Free Fire UID may only be linked to one XZerox account. We may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

4. Wallet, Bonus & Entry Fees

Your wallet has three parts: Deposit balance (money you've added), Winnings balance (prize money you've won), and Bonus balance (welcome/referral credits).
Bonus balance can cover a maximum of 1% of any match's entry fee. The remaining 99% must come from your Deposit or Winnings balance.
If your Deposit + Winnings balance is insufficient to cover the required 99%, you will need to add money to your wallet before joining that match.
Only Winnings balance is eligible for withdrawal. A minimum lifetime deposit may apply before your first withdrawal.

5. Fair Play

Use of hacks, emulators where prohibited, teaming with opponents, smurfing, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of winnings and account suspension.

6. Match Rules & Results

Match schedules, entry fees, and prize breakdowns are shown before you join. Results are verified against in-game data/screenshots. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of match completion via Customer Support.

7. Withdrawals & Refunds

Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Creating multiple accounts, fake referrals, payment fraud, or abuse of the platform in any way may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

XZerox Esports is not liable for losses due to internet connectivity issues, third-party game server downtime, or incorrect information provided by the user (e.g. wrong Free Fire UID).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
