Refund Policy

1. Match Entry Fees

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a match has started. If you join a match and it is cancelled by XZerox Esports before it starts (e.g. minimum players not reached), your entry fee is automatically refunded to your wallet in full.

2. Auto-Protected Situations

If a match fills up and your join fails due to a full slot — you are never charged.
If a match is already live when you attempt to join — you are never charged.
If a technical error prevents your join from completing — no amount is deducted.

3. Deposits

Money added to your Deposit balance is intended for use within the platform (joining matches, lottery tickets). Deposit refunds to your original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact Customer Support with your transaction details.

4. Withdrawals

Only Winnings balance is withdrawable. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification; processing time may vary. If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank/UPI details provided by you, resubmission may be required.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the in-app Customer Support option with your Match ID / Transaction ID and a brief description of the issue.
